I have annual salary income of INR 535,000 and insurance commission income INR 20,000
Which return should I file and how to claim TDS deducted on commission.

if you declare insurance commission as Income from other sources, then ITR1
there is no bar to claim tds deducted, provided such income is disclosed and added in taxable income
