for filing Q3 tds return one challan is not appearing on NSDL`S OLTAS.SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CSI FILE.THE RECEIVING SBI BRANCH SAYING THEY SENT DATA TO AMRITSAR BRANCH AND DONOT KNOW HOW AND WHO UPLOADS TO NSDL ? WHAT SHOULD BE DONE TO FILE RETURN ?

File the return without csi file validation. Leave blank at csi file at the time of validating the return, and submit the same.
