03 January 2010 Hello Sir,

my query is in regard to TDS RETURN as per the latest amendments and provisions in force

1. Is Quarterly Return still to be submitted if yes then is it done in form 24q and 26q for respective tds or new form is to be adopted.

2. what is the due date for filing such quarterly return and the annual return.

or is there any link ie some site that i can refer to for the latest provsions in force.

03 January 2010 Yes only quarterly return in 24Q & 26Q need to be filed. No annual return

04 January 2010 there is no changes in forms but you have to updated your version of software.. and only quarterly return you have to submit in every 15 of qtr. ended i.e 15july, 15oct,15jan,15June
