15 December 2012 Is it is compulsory for all to file TDS return even if the TDS liability in quarter is just Rs. 100/-? If yes then its frequency would be quarterly only, am I correct?

Yes you have to file etds return, only in case no tds liability were there in quarter then only no tds return is required to file.
