08 November 2012 IS TDS APPLICABLE ON PURCHASE OF SOFTWARE LICENSE,IF SERVICE TAX & VAT BOTH ARE LEVIVED ON THE INVOICE AMOUNT & HAD CONTRACT ALSO WITH THE VENDOR?
IF APPLICABLE THEN IN WHICH SEC.?

PLEASE REVERT ON IT ASAP.....
