IF WE PAID RS 16000 TO A TRANSPORTER FOR TRANSPORTATION CHARGES IN APRIL, & RS 18000 IN JULY AND RS 18500 IN OCTOBER,

if total payment is in excess of rs.50000/- in the year then tds is applicable in your case total payment is 16000+18000+18500=52500 tds provision is applicble
