23 November 2012 An individual, whose income below exemption limit and he deducted TDS also. He can full amount claimed as refund? If so, How to apply for TDS refund, which form is to be use and where to sudmit it?

23 November 2012 Yes, for claiming refund of TDS you need to submit your income tax return electronically. As far as Form Number is concerned if you are having income from salary and interest only then you can use ITR-1 for filing your Income Tax Return.
