Income has been shown in F.Y.:2008-2009 & Retune filed dated 17/01/2010 - Only Debtors balance reduce Rs.12,480.00

Since original return filed late the return cannot be revised and since income has been shown in F. Y. 2008 - 09 u cannot claim in F. Y. 2009 - 10 as per section 199.
So now nothing can be done. Only alternate left is try claiming in F. y. 2009 - 10.
