TDS paid on Kishan Vikash Patra after maturity, will it refundable if ITR 1 filled? The income of this person is non-taxable?

TDS is refundable on each ITR. but you have to check which ITR is applicable on the assessee.

08 January 2016 Sir, Actually he is belongs to ITR 1 as his salary income is not taxable. But he purchase a Kishan Vikash Patra. then can he claim refund of tds which paying after maturity of this kishan vikash patra?

Yes he can claim refund in ITR 1 itself.
