Our party submit two bills.
1) charges for factory plan approval purpose
2) charges for factory Registration & Licence of new factory.

so,please tell me can I charge tds on this bill.

20 September 2014 Being professional service, TDS should be deducted u/s 194J @10% if threshold limit of Rs 30000/- p.a. is crossed.
