Hi Vilas,
The TDS rate on commission on individuals for payments upto Rs.10 lakhs is 10.3% and for payments more than Rs.10 Lakhs is 11.33%
Directors stands pari passu with individuals.

If commission forms part of salary, then sec 192 is applicable. Otherwise, sec 194H as suggested by Mr. Vineet
