PLease help in tds calculation for payment to a resident in viatnams and a person from Nigeria. Actual we have to pay the sales commission to these two people. so at what rate i should deduct the tax and under what section.yment

IF SALES COMM IS TO BE PAID FOR SERVICES RENDERED OUTSIDE INDIA AND THE PERSON CONCERNED HAS NO PE OR BUSINESS CONNECTION IN INDIA THEN NO TAX DEDUCTIBLE
