For which year you asking..slab rate..

there is no specfic rate, you need to calculate full tax as per slab and deduct monthly installment

its not a flat rate to deduct TDS from salary, you need to calculate whole annual salary less all exemption and deduction and afterthat on net taxable amount you need to calculate tds as per slab rate and deduct it.
