Please let me know the procedure in brief to file TDS Return for fy 2008-09. Can I upload it online.

16 December 2010 Same procedure as like in Current FY , you have to make CD for data and submit to Authorized Centre of NSDL like Alankit etc.
TDS return is never upload online.
