I HAVE LOST PROVISIONAL RECEIPT OF TDS RETURN, COULD I GET IT FROM INTERNET

Agreed , it is not possible to get it from net. But you can get it from NSDL by writing a letter for request of duplicate provisonal reciept no agaisnt filed return.
