HI... There is provision that if Transportor provides its PAN then there will be no liability for deducting tax for that transporter. But i want to know that wheather the Transporter is liable to deduct TDS for contract ( e.g. Advertisement, Repaies & Maintainance) made by them or even this is also exempt for them? Please rply me as fast as possible.
