07 July 2008 If a person has not deducted or remitted or short deductedthe TDS for th Finacial Year 2007-08 what is the last date for remitting it without penalty.Is July 15th the last date to remit without Penalty ?

Thh last for despoit is the date before the completion of tax audit / closure of books.
