we have deducted TDS month of April 16 but deposit in month of on or before 7th June 16.

kindly confirm intrest/penality calculation.

06 June 2016 TDS amount should deposit upto 7th May, 2016. In case of delay of 1 month, interest will be levied for 3 month (i.e. from April, transaction date to date of deposit) @ 18% per annum or 1.5% per month.
