02 February 2011 I have paid excess TDS payment under head salary for current year and I have to pay tax against contract. Can I adjust this excess payment under differ head??

02 February 2011 If this excess TDS is against the salary of any particular employee, this can always be adjusted against his salary. that employee will get the refund after filing the ITR.
