09 May 2016 HELLO,
TDS RETURN online SUBMISSION is now compulsary from 01.06.2016.
for same USER ID must be a TAN,
but my user id is not a TAN.
so, how can i change my user id ?

1. Online Submission through e-filing portal is not compulsory but optional
2. You have to register again by selecting user type 'Tax Deductor and Collector' using TAN
