Whether tds is required to be deducted on Wharfage charges?What is the rate of tds on wharfage charges??

SIr, this wharfage charges charged by railway ? In this case whether we deduct tds ?

Then TDS not required to be deducted since Railway Freight is out of the purview of Section 194C.
