07 September 2017 If a person Raised Rental/Hiring vehicle & Reimbursement Cost of HSD Claimed(No Bill attached) in Bill then TDS U/s 194(C) Will Be Deducted on Total Cost of Bill or Only on Rental/Hiring of Vehicle Charges
