Tds on travelling cost

11 December 2016 We purchase Air tickets from a Tour and Travel company,for our employees for travelling to various locations in India.The cost of the same is rs.3.00 lacs in a year. Is it necessary to deduct TDS from the bill of the vendors ? Please advice.
