16 June 2016 Payment to domestic corgo agent for transportation of goods by railway. liable to deduct tds on this????

16 June 2016 if cargo agent give you bill for the all the exp. and commission then you can deduct the tds on commission u/s 194H, and for charges deduct the TDS u/s 194C.
