TDS on transport

30 January 2010 In Budget'2009, if transport operator gives PAN card to its contractor/sub contractor, no tds is required to be deducted. Now, what will be requirement of filing form No. 15J/15I in respect of transport payment without TDS??.

30 January 2010 if transporter is providing 15J/15I then again no PAN then TDS will be deducted.
No exemption for that
