ABC Co., a Roadside Assistance company provides roadside services, gets bills from its vendors which includes Toll charges and charges for service provided. (The Toll charges are firstly paid by the vendors and then reimbursed)- Whether TDS is to be deducted at the time of payment. For eg: if XYZ vendor of ABC Co. charges bill of 15000 which includes 500 paid for toll, At the time of payment TDS is to be deducted on whole amt. ie Rs. 15000 or on 14500/- Thanks in Advance, Plz rply ASAP
