Tds on subscription fees

We have entered in to an annual contract for getting import data with an Indian Co. Whether we have to deduct TDS on it. Payment is of Rs 53000/-

11 December 2012 This question should have more clarity i.e. status of deductee, nature of services is contractual or professional, status of deductor.

However, individual are not supposed to collect TDS etc.
