Dear All, Please advise whether TDS is applicable on Subscription fees. The vendor is charging service tax in the bill on the amount of Subscription fees.

Please make the nature of subscription fee more clear in order to understand the same in a better way for the purposes of TDS. (Subscription fees per se is out of the scope of TDS so long as they pertain to say mabazine publications etc.)
