What is the present rate of TDS to be deducted on import of software and if the foreign company has PAN in India any change in the TDS rate. Pls Clarify

08 June 2013 The rate as per income Tax Act is 25.75%.

However beneficial rates of DTAA can be taken into consideration if the foreign party has TRC.
