04 February 2012 The company accepting sodexo coupons encahses the coupons by giving it back to sodexo. Sodexo pays back the money to the company after deducting a certain amount of %. Thus this transaction attract TDS provisions? As money paid less by the sodexo is shown as an expense by the company.
