02 April 2014 yes. if the service tax amount has been separately shown in the invoice, then no need to deduct tds on service tax portion

02 April 2014 Dear Ashok,

As per Circular No. 01 /2014 TDS is not required to be deducted on service tax portion provided it is shown separately
