can we deduct TDS on SErvice tax?
i.e. if the professionl fees is Rs. 100000 and servie tax thereon is Rs. 10300 then on what amount i will deduct TDS on 100000 or on (100000+10300)?

IS THE SAME APPLICABLE FOR RENT ALSO I.E SERVICE TAX CHARGED ON RENT THEN ALSO TDS WILL BE DEDUCTED ON WHOLE AMOUNT.
