Yes, TDS on property can be paid through cheque, but the payment process typically involves filing Form 26QB online. Navigate to the "e-Payment of Taxes" section and select Form 26QB for TDS on property transactions. Enter details. After entering the details, generate Form 26QB. Select option for payment across Bank Counter. You will receive a unique acknowledgment number. (CIN). If paying via cheque, take the generated challan to your bank and deposit the cheque for payment. Ensure the bank processes it within the stipulated time.

ok, for an example if amount of property is 2,18,50,000 and property's stamp duty amount is 1070650,there is one buyer and 3 seller and ratios of sellers are 50% 25% and 25% and payment is lumpsum so what should i enter in property details in whether stamp duty value is more than sales consideration and what what should i enter in stamp duty value in particular 3 challans while generating challan? reply me ASAP

For first owner having 50% share ... of 2.185 Crs.... ie, 1.0925 Crs. as purchase value Stamp duty value requires some rectification; but it would be in similar manner. Similarly half of the above value for 25%....
