Is TDS to be deducted from the amount of Service Tax Levied in the bill. e.g.A Company Received bill of Rs.110,300 for say Professional fees inclusive of 10.3% Service Tax.On What Amt Co.is liable to deduct tax whether on 100,000 or 110,300 & Is the same principle applies to 194I(Rent)
