TDS on Service tax

18 October 2008 A transport service provider give his bill without service tax but at the same time we have calculated service tax on behalf of his bill. Now my question is whether TDS to be calculated with service tax or without service tax.

If he is not charging service tax then TDS is ,but natural, not required.
