09 December 2010 I received bill from a professional for Rs.5000/- mentioning including all taxes.
What amt.of cheque should be issued to him after T.D.S.?
I received 2 opinions from Experts for pmt.
1. 5000 -.10 of 5000= 4500 & tax 500
2. 5000 - (5000/1.1 = 4545 & Tax 455.(sec.67)
