Please tell me that , TDS should be deducted on Services Tax Amount or not., in my company I have to deduct TDS on Commission charged by Party including Service Tax @ 10.30 %. Should I deduct TDS on only Commission amt. or Commission Amt. + Service Tax @ 10.30 % charged by party. Please advice me.
