Tds on service tax

13 September 2014 A bill of advertisement showing (amount= 19,418+ S.Tx 361) & received a discount of Rs. 1456
So Now I want to ask On which amount Tds will be deducted & will TDS will be ducted after less to discount or not ?

13 September 2014 TDS should be deducted on amount excluding Service Tax and discount.
