Tds on salary to foreign employee

08 December 2013 please solve my query i have to deduct tds on foreign employee if he is having PAN so in normal way we can deduct tds but if he does not have pan so what will be the rate of tds & how to deduct as per IT Rules please reply regds vishal patil
