WE R PAYING PROFESSIONAL FEES TO OUR PRODUCTION HEAD 50000/- IF I FORGET TO DEDUCT TDS FROM HIS FEES IN LAST MONTH WHAT WILL BE THE CONSEQUENSE???????

THEN TDS IS TO BE DEDUCTED U/S 194j.
IF YOU FORGET TO DEDUCT IN LAST MONTH.
THEN DEDUCT IN CURRENT MONTH ON rS.100000 AND DEPOSIT IT WITH INTEREST.
