I have paid Rs.390000/- as salary to A for the FY 2019-20? My questions is (1) should it require to deduct the TDS (2) should I require to file TDS return

1. No Tax is applicable on an individual if his total income is upto Rs. 5,00,000, Hence no need to deduct any TDS on Rs. 3,90,000. 2. No need to file TDS return.
