If I have paid to my employee June month's salary on july 5th and made my accounting entry on the same day. In which quarter should I file the tds return?
Ans:Fixed expenditure should be accounted in the books of accounts,irrespective of the fact whether paid or not,so accordingly you have to file the return for the same in the 1st Quarter.
