Tds on salary

In my company due to non submission of pan on time to payroll team, they deducted tds at 20% on salary, but pan is available me, can i file return and claim refund.

Yes. Give them the PAN and ask them to file the TDS return quoting your PAN. then you will get the credit of the TDS amount.
