Is TDS deducted on salary on receipt basis or accrual basis? For the F.Y. 2012-13, should TDS be deducted on Salary for March 2012 - February 2013 paid in April 2012 - March 2013, or for April 2012 - March 2013 paid in May 2012 - April 2013?
