Dear expert, Our company engaged an employee during end of the Financial year(during December).Earlier he worked in an organisation for 9months. His previous employer paid for only 6months & for 3months he dint paid anything due to financial crises. while calculating the TDS for rest of the period from our organisation i.e from Dec to Mar whether we need to consider his 6 months salary or total salary accrued to him. How we have to calculate. Please advice me in this regard

you can considered only 6 months salary.. but you need to take declaration from employee and confirm with the Form 16 from previous employer also.
