A company is providing Rent Free Accomodation to an employee.. in the tenancy agreement, the company is the listed tenant. the annual rent during the year exceeds the limit specified u/s 194I. would tds be deductible considering the fact that the company is debiting Salary(perquisite) in its book while making payment for such rent.
