we started paying the rent for rs 30000pm from nov along with the security deposit of rs 70000.can we eligible to deduct tds on rental amount?pls reply

If you are not an individual or HUF (other than who is required to get his books of accounts audited u/s 44AB) , you are supposed to deduct TDS on Rent
