Hello
My company entered into lease agreement with the lessor and deducting tax on rent as agreed.. Now he has included Maintenance 3/- per sft. Whether we are required to deduct tax on maintenance or not....

In my opinion no tds on maintenance charges wait for the other's opinion as well....

in my opinion tds should be deducted for maintanance charges also
.

if suppose if there is any seperate agreement for maintanance charges it would be come under 194C
