27 April 2013 Dear Sir

a person has to pay 15,000 per month rent , his annual Amount Rs 1,80,000 tds will be appliciable on this amount

27 April 2013 tds is on excess of 180000.
also in case of indi/huf, tds only when there was audit of that person in preceding F.Y.
