OUR LANDLORD HAS MADE PAYMENT FOR MAINTANCE CHARGES & MUNICIPALITY TAX
WHETHER TDS REQUIRE TO BE DEDUCTED ON SUCH REIMBURSEMENT ?

01 May 2019 No... No need to deduct TDS on repairs and maintenance of the Premises which is reimbursement to landlord... It's not a part of rent.
